    Yes, contract hire is available on all tech stacks with a minimum contract period of 6 months and 3 months notice period.

  • 02. What’s the pricing for Direct hire?

    We charge 8% for direct hires for all technical roles starting from junior level to senior level (except CXOs).

  • 03. Do you conduct initial screening or tech assessment?

    Yes, initial screening + technical assessments are done from our tech team to save your time and energy.

  • 04. What are the terms if employee leaves the organisation?

    We provide free replacement of the candidate if he/ she leaves within 90 days. If we could not provide a replacement, we refund 100% ...
