Key responsibilities
- Own service delivery, field quality, safety, scheduling, and customer outcomes for the Automotive Technician function.
- Maintain safety, workmanship, response quality, and documentation through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with customers, dispatch, field teams, and operations to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track service, safety, response, and completion metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the Automotive Technician role.
- Working knowledge of technical service, safety, customer handling.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with customers, dispatch, field teams, and operations.
- Examples of improving safety, workmanship, response quality, and documentation or reporting on service, safety, response, and completion metrics.
