For recruiting partners
Join the Hyring Recruiting Partner Network. Get clients, AI tools, and up to 65% of the fee.
Employers pay Hyring 7% of gross annual salary in India and 14% in the USA, Canada, and Singapore. You keep 40%, 50%, or 65% of that fee by level. Roles come to you from employers in your own country, AI runs the first screening rounds, and the back office handles contracts, invoicing, and payouts.

What is Hyring for recruiting partners?
In Short
A Hyring recruiting partner is an independent recruiter who works employer roles from Hyring's network in their own country and earns 40% to 65% of Hyring's recruitment fee on every placement they close. Hyring supplies the clients, the AI screening tools, and the back office. Joining is free.
Split-fee networks share placements, and most quote a split without publishing the fee underneath it. Marketplaces list roles and leave the rest to you. Hyring publishes both numbers, the 7% or 14% employer fee and your 40% to 65% share, assigns you same-country clients through an Account Manager, and runs the back office.
How the recruitment partner program works
No client hunting, no back office, no mystery math on the split. Here is the whole machine, in six steps.

The recruiter commission ladder, published
Hyring charges employers 7% (India) or 14% (USA, Canada, Singapore) of the placed candidate's gross annual salary. Your recruiter commission is a fixed share of that fee, printed below, not a number you learn after the work is done. Most networks hide the base fee. Ours is on the page.
| Level | Share of Hyring's fee | India (7% fee) | USA, Canada, Singapore (14% fee) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Junior | 40% | 2.8% of gross annual salary | 5.6% of gross annual salary |
| Senior | 50% | 3.5% of gross annual salary | 7% of gross annual salary |
| Expert | 65% | 4.55% of gross annual salary | 9.1% of gross annual salary |
What could your hours earn?
Give it 4 hours a week or 40. Every assumption is printed under the result, so stress-test it.

40 hrs/week ≈ 5 active roles
Your earning potential
$22,750
per month
How we model it: one active role per 8 hours per week, because AI screening runs the resume, video, and phone rounds; one placement per active role every two months; capped at 10 concurrent roles. AI screening credits are pay-as-you-go and are not counted in these figures.
Illustrative only, not a promise or projection of income. The fee and your share are fixed and published; the workload assumptions are conservative defaults. Actual results depend on your roles, market, candidates, and level.
Three jobs you stop doing the day you join
You bring the recruiting skill. Hyring takes the parts that eat your week.
Never hunt for clients again
Your Account Manager assigns live roles from employers in your own country, drawn from the 5,000+ HR teams on Hyring. Matching is strictly same-country, so you work the market whose salary bands, notice periods, and interview norms you already know cold.
AI runs your first three rounds
The same tools employers use, fired from your portal: AI resume screener, AI phone screener, AI video interviewer, plus a coding interviewer and an English proficiency test when the role needs them. Credits are pay-as-you-go: you buy exactly the screening you run, nothing more.
Paperwork is our problem
Contracts, invoicing, and payouts run through Hyring's back office. You get one portal, one kanban, and the free HR toolkit. The spreadsheet-and-chase part of agency life stays with us.
One portal runs your whole desk
Your Account Manager drops roles in, the AI scores candidates, and you track every person from sourced to signed offer.
Your desk at a glance
Active roles, candidates in client review, offers out, closures this month, and referral income, on one screen.

Kanban with AI stages
Sourced, duplicate check, AI resume screening, AI video interview, AI phone screening, every stage scored for you.

Levels and progress
Live counts of closures, referrals, and tenure, with your commission rate updating automatically.

Three levels. Your cut climbs to 65%.
One rule: close roles and grow the network, and every future closure pays you more.
| Junior (start) | Senior | Expert | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Share of Hyring's fee | 40% | 50% | 65% |
| To reach | Entry | 20 closures · 10 referred jobseekers · 5 referred employers · 90+ days (all four) | Verify Senior to Expert thresholds |
Levels update automatically from your live stats, and they can move down if your stats drop. No renegotiation, no account reviews: the numbers decide. We would rather tell you that here than in your dashboard.
Introduce a client once. Earn 1% on every closure, for life.
Know a company that is hiring? Bring them into the Hyring Recruiting Partner (HRP) network. Thousands of recruiters work their roles, and you earn 1% on every closure from that client, for as long as they stay, without working a single one of their roles yourself.
| Working their roles yourself | Referring them to the HRP network |
|---|---|
| You spend weeks sourcing, screening, and scheduling for every role. | You spend zero hours. The network and Hyring's AI do the work. |
| One recruiter can realistically carry one or two of their roles at a time. | Thousands of recruiters work their roles in parallel. |
| No assurance a role closes, and you earn nothing if it does not. | Far better odds of closing, and every closure pays you 1%. |
| You earn once, on the roles you personally close. | You earn 1% on every closure from that client, for life. |
Referrals also pay beyond clients: refer a jobseeker and earn 1% of their subscription, monthly. And the same referrals count toward Senior (5 referred employers, 10 referred jobseekers), so growing the network pays you cash now and a bigger commission split later.
