Infosys Limited is an Indian IT services and consulting company incorporated on 2 July 1981 and headquartered at Electronics City, Hosur Road, Bengaluru. It's listed on the NSE (INFY), the BSE (500209) and the NYSE (INFY), and it's India's second largest IT services company by revenue after TCS. The company sells consulting, technology, outsourcing and digital services, and it runs 94 sales and marketing offices along with 139 development centres worldwide.
For the financial year ended March 2026, Infosys reported revenue of US$20,158 million, growth of 3.1% in constant currency, with a reported IFRS operating margin of 20.3% and an adjusted operating margin of 21.0%. Free cash flow was US$3,733 million and large deal total contract value came to US$14.9 billion, of which 55% was net new. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 per share and guided FY27 constant currency revenue growth of 1.5% to 3.5%.
Headcount stood at 328,594 as of March 2026, spread across campuses in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram. Much of the current hiring and deal activity sits around AI: the company has announced collaborations with Anthropic, OpenAI, Intel, Harness and Cognition built around its Topaz and Topaz Fabric offerings. Its largest recent win is a 15 year, GBP 1.2 billion contract from the NHS Business Services Authority to replace the Electronic Staff Record system in England and Wales.
