Led by founder-CEO Leela Kaza, it offered digital product engineering, cloud and DevOps, data and AI, customer experience, cybersecurity and design services to banking, insurance, technology, media, telecom, healthcare and logistics clients, with over 3,000 professionals globally.
In February 2024, Accolite merged with Chicago-based Bounteous to form 'Bounteous x Accolite,' a combined digital-transformation consultancy of roughly 5,000 people (3,400+ in APAC) serving 300+ Fortune 1,000 and high-growth clients. Both companies are backed by private equity firm New Mountain Capital, with Keith Schwartz as CEO and Leela Kaza as Co-CEO. In January 2025 the group announced it would unify under the single Bounteous brand globally, while continuing to operate as 'Bounteous x Accolite' in India - accolite.com now redirects to bounteous.com.
The Indian operating entity, Accolite Digital India Private Limited (CIN U72900TG2018PTC125822), was incorporated on 25 July 2018 with its registered office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and maintains India offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram and Chennai. For the fiscal year ended March 2024 its operating revenue was in the 'over ₹500 crore' range.
