For FY2026 HCLTech reported revenue of ₹130,144 crore, with EBIT of ₹22,397 crore and net income of ₹17,361 crore. Guidance for FY27 is 1.0% to 4.0% constant currency revenue growth with an EBIT margin of 17.5% to 18.5%. AI work is now a reported growth driver, with advanced AI revenue of $171 million in Q1 FY27.

A: This is a breadth check across the Java stack. Interviewers move from language fundamentals to concurrency and collections, then to servlets and JDBC, then to how Spring Boot wires an application together.
Q: GD&T, tools experience and basic engineering
A: A mechanical design screen. Expect questions on geometric dimensioning and tolerancing symbols, the CAD and CAE tools you've actually used, and first-principles engineering reasoning.
Q: How have you used C++ concepts like polymorphism and overloading in your project?
A: Pick one real module and trace the design decision, not the syntax. Say what varied at runtime, why an interface was the right seam, and what you'd have lost with a simpler design.

HCLTech signs expanded seven year AI partnership with Guardian
HCLTech and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America signed a new seven year agreement covering AI powered modernisation of Guardian's technology and operations. HCLTech will acquire Guardian India and move about 2,000 employees into a dedicated strategic business unit.

Q1 FY27 revenue of $3.65 billion with record Q1 bookings of $2.4 billion
