Capgemini SE is a French multinational information technology services and consulting company headquartered at 11 rue de Tilsitt in Paris. Founded in 1967 by Serge Kampf, it provides consulting, technology, engineering, and outsourcing services to clients worldwide. The company trades on Euronext Paris under the ticker CAP and is a component of the CAC 40 index.
As of 2025 Capgemini employed around 423,400 people and reported revenue of about EUR 22.47 billion. Its market capitalization stood near EUR 15.28 billion as of July 2026, down from roughly EUR 24 billion at the end of 2025. The group is led by Chief Executive Officer Aiman Ezzat, who took the role in May 2020, with Paul Hermelin serving as Chairman of the Board and Nive Bhagat as Chief Financial Officer.
