Day-to-day ownership of production, quality, hardware delivery, safety, and throughput outcomes, with clear documentation, communication, and review habits.
Key responsibilities
- Own production, quality, hardware delivery, safety, and throughput outcomes for the Industrial Engineer function.
- Maintain quality, safety, yield, and release readiness through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with operators, engineers, quality, and supply teams to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track yield, safety, throughput, and defect metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the Industrial Engineer role.
- Working knowledge of production control, quality checks, hardware basics.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with operators, engineers, quality, and supply teams.
- Examples of improving quality, safety, yield, and release readiness or reporting on yield, safety, throughput, and defect metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or MES or similar systems.
