Key responsibilities
- Own asset performance, field work, safety, and service continuity for the Nuclear Engineer function.
- Maintain safety, reliability, compliance, and cost control through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with field teams, operations, regulators, and vendors to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track safety, uptime, maintenance, and cost metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the Nuclear Engineer role.
- Working knowledge of operations control, safety, maintenance planning.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with field teams, operations, regulators, and vendors.
- Examples of improving safety, reliability, compliance, and cost control or reporting on safety, uptime, maintenance, and cost metrics.
