Key responsibilities
- Own hiring, employee experience, policy, performance, and workforce outcomes for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) function.
- Maintain process quality, employee trust, compliance, and data accuracy through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, recruiters, and leadership teams to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track hiring, retention, engagement, and policy metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) role.
- Working knowledge of employee communication, policy knowledge, people analytics.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with employees, managers, recruiters, and leadership teams.
- Examples of improving process quality, employee trust, compliance, and data accuracy or reporting on hiring, retention, engagement, and policy metrics.
