Day-to-day ownership of patient care, clinical quality, research, operations, and compliance, with clear documentation, communication, and review habits.
Key responsibilities
- Own patient care, clinical quality, research, operations, and compliance for the Medical Technologist function.
- Maintain safety, accuracy, care quality, and documentation through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with patients, clinicians, labs, operations, and compliance teams to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track care, safety, research, and service metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the Medical Technologist role.
- Working knowledge of clinical knowledge, documentation, patient communication.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with patients, clinicians, labs, operations, and compliance teams.
- Examples of improving safety, accuracy, care quality, and documentation or reporting on care, safety, research, and service metrics.

- Experience with EHR or clinical systems or similar systems.
