Key responsibilities
- Own site work, project coordination, compliance, and asset outcomes for the Real Estate Agent function.
- Maintain safety, schedule, cost, and documentation quality through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, contractors, and finance teams to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track schedule, safety, cost, and occupancy metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the Real Estate Agent role.
- Working knowledge of site coordination, vendor handling, cost tracking.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with site teams, clients, contractors, and finance teams.
- Examples of improving safety, schedule, cost, and documentation quality or reporting on schedule, safety, cost, and occupancy metrics.
