Key responsibilities
- Own case work, public service delivery, safety, and compliance for the Social Worker function.
- Maintain service quality, documentation, fairness, and policy fit through checks, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with citizens, agencies, field teams, and community partners to keep work moving without unclear handoffs.
- Track service, safety, compliance, and case metrics and explain changes, risks, and next steps.
- Improve recurring workflows, templates, reports, or handoff notes used by the team.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the Social Worker role.
- Working knowledge of policy knowledge, case documentation, public communication.
- Ability to document decisions, risks, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with citizens, agencies, field teams, and community partners.
- Examples of improving service quality, documentation, fairness, and policy fit or reporting on service, safety, compliance, and case metrics.
