It builds team collaboration and productivity software, best known for Jira and Confluence, alongside products like Bitbucket, Trello, and Loom. The company is co-headquartered in Sydney, Australia and San Francisco, California, and its shares trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker TEAM.
Mike Cannon-Brookes has served as sole Chief Executive Officer since September 2024, after previously sharing the role as co-CEO with fellow founder Scott Farquhar, who now serves as a board member and special adviser.
