Each of these is focused on one of the key stages. Projected outcome is we will recover over 34,000 recruiter and interviewer hours annually, see a direct savings of almost $1.64M, and in total see a return of investment which is nearly 13x that of platform cost. The Fiserv recruitment process does not require a full rebuild. What we need is for the repeatable parts to be automated so that human effort is put where it really counts.
