ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited is a Singapore-based multinational land transport operator listed on the Singapore Exchange under the ticker C52. Formed in 2003 through the merger of Comfort Group and DelGro Corporation, it runs public buses, rail lines, taxis and point-to-point mobility services, alongside vehicle inspection, car rental, driving centres and advertising businesses. It is one of the largest land transport companies in the world.
The group operates across multiple countries including Singapore, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand and Vietnam, and employs roughly 26,277 people. Overseas operations have grown to account for more than half of group revenue, reflecting its shift toward a global multi-modal transport business.
In FY2025 ComfortDelGro reported record revenue of S$5.06 billion, up 13.0% year on year, with profit after tax and minority interests of S$230.3 million, up 9.4%. The company is led by Managing Director and Group CEO Cheng Siak Kian and chaired by Mark Christopher Greaves, with Christopher David White appointed Group Chief Financial Officer from 1 January 2026.
