Agoda is an online travel agency founded in 2005 that lets travelers book accommodations, flights, ground transport and activities. It operates as a subsidiary of Booking Holdings (Nasdaq: BKNG), sitting alongside Booking.com, Priceline, KAYAK and OpenTable. The company is registered as Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. and is headquartered in Singapore, with a large operations center in Bangkok, Thailand.
The platform lists millions of hotels and holiday properties across more than 200 countries and territories, with its website available in close to 40 languages. Agoda employs more than 7,000 people representing over 90 nationalities, spread across offices in more than 30 markets. In India it operates through Agoda International India Private Limited, incorporated in 2012 with a registered office in Gurugram, Haryana.
Omri Morgenshtern has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 2022, with co-founder Robert Rosenstein as Chairman, Oliver Webster as Chief Financial Officer and Idan Zalzberg as Chief Technology Officer. Because Agoda is a subsidiary, Booking Holdings reports its brands together and does not break out standalone revenue or a separate market value for Agoda. Agoda itself is not publicly traded; its parent trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker BKNG.
