Datadog, Inc. is a US cloud monitoring and observability software company founded in 2010 by Olivier Pomel and Alexis Lê-Quôc. Headquartered in New York City, it runs an observability and security platform for cloud applications that pulls together data from servers, containers, databases and third-party services. The company trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker DDOG and is a component of the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100.
For fiscal year 2025 Datadog reported revenue of about $3.43 billion, up roughly 28% year over year, and it employed around 8,100 people. As of 21 July 2026 its market capitalization was about $90.7 billion. Olivier Pomel serves as CEO, co-founder Alexis Lê-Quôc as CTO, David Obstler as CFO and Adam Blitzer as COO. The company does not list a chairman on its leadership page.

Its Bengaluru operation, based at Embassy Golf Links Business Park in Domlur, houses nearly 100 staff across engineering, customer support, sales and operations and serves as a hub for one of Datadog's fastest-growing markets.
