Adobe maintains a major India presence - its largest workforce outside the United States - with over 8,000 employees across development and customer-facing operations in Noida and Bengaluru. As of mid-2026 the company is in a leadership transition: long-time Chair and CEO Shantanu Narayen announced his intention to step down (with a successor targeted for FY2027), and the CFO role is being covered on an interim basis following Dan Durn's departure.
