Halma plc is a UK group of life-saving technology companies headquartered at Misbourne Court in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Recent deals include Safetec in Italy for the Safety sector, Surgistar for healthcare company MST, and Dreampath Diagnostics in France for pathology lab workflow. In India, the group runs Halma India Private Limited (CIN U72900KA2007PTC096210), incorporated in Bengaluru in November 2007, which reported revenue of ₹134.58 crore in FY2025 and about 238 employees.
