Hero MotoCorp Limited is an Indian two-wheeler manufacturer incorporated on January 19, 1984 and headquartered at The Grand Plaza, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The company started as a joint venture with Honda of Japan and became fully independent after Honda sold its 26% stake in 2011. It's listed on both Indian exchanges as HEROMOTOCO on the NSE and 500182 on the BSE, with a market capitalisation of about INR 1,03,307 crore.
The company makes motorcycles and scooters ranging from about 97cc to 440cc, plus electric scooters under the VIDA brand. Hero MotoCorp to expand premium motorcycle portfolio in FY27
Hero plans new launches under both the Hero and Harley-Davidson brands in the 150cc to 350cc segment during FY27. Hero Premia added 50 outlets in FY26 to reach 130 stores across 115 cities, and FY26 EBITDA margin improved to 14.7%.

VIDA gets a new brand identity and Hero commits over INR 3,200 crore to Andhra Pradesh
Hero unveiled a refreshed VIDA identity as the EV arm moves beyond premium scooters into commuter EVs and off-road products. The company also announced cumulative investment of more than INR 3,200 crore in Andhra Pradesh, including over INR 750 crore for a Global Parts Centre in Tirupati and about 4,000 new jobs.
