Icertis is an enterprise software company that builds AI-native contract lifecycle management and contract intelligence software. Its platform, powered by an AI layer called Vera, connects agreements with the data and systems around them so companies can draft, negotiate, track obligations and analyse contract terms in one place. The company says it works with customers in more than 90 countries, supports 40+ languages, and that more than a third of the Fortune 100 use its software.

The company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with its largest engineering and delivery base in Pune, India. Other offices include San Jose, Reston, London, Frankfurt and Zurich. Icertis employs more than 2,000 people, who it calls Icertians, and runs a hybrid model with most teams in the office two to three days a week. It's still privately held after raising roughly $520 million in total funding.

Icertis is going through a leadership change. On July 17, 2026 the board announced that CEO Anand Subbaraman would step down and move to an advisory role, with CFO Rajat Bahri and board member Jim Moffatt appointed interim co-CEOs while a search for a permanent CEO runs. The change follows a stretch of product expansion: Icertis bought contract AI startup Dioptra in November 2025, expanded a multi-year partnership with Microsoft in May 2026, and reported a record year of new business for 2025 with nine new Fortune-ranked customers.
