The Allstate Corporation is a large US property and casualty insurer founded in 1931 and headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ALL and is a component of the S&P 500. For 2024 the company reported revenue of about US$64.11 billion, and its market capitalization sits near US$64.82 billion. It employs roughly 53,300 people worldwide. Thomas J. Wilson serves as Chair, President and CEO, with Christian Lown appointed Executive Vice President and CFO in July 2026.

Allstate runs its India technology and operations arm through Allstate India Private Limited (earlier registered as Allstate Solutions Private Limited), incorporated on 1 June 2012 with CIN U74900KA2012FTC064201. It's classified as a subsidiary of a foreign company and is registered with the RoC in Bangalore. The India entity describes itself as the strategic business services arm of the parent, working on technology and innovation, policy administration, global operations, and integration for the insurance business. For FY25 it reported revenue of more than Rs 1,000 crore.

Allstate India operates from two cities, Bengaluru and Pune. The registered office is at RMZ Ecoworld in Devarabeesanahalli, Bengaluru, with a second center at SP Infocity SEZ in Fursungi, Pune. Forbes India reports more than 8,000 employees across the two campuses, along with Great Place to Work certification. Shibu Mathew Zacharia was appointed Vice President and Managing Director in September 2025, leading the India operations, while Hemlata Nevetia serves as its Chief Financial Officer.
