CapitaLand Investment Limited (SGX: 9CI) is a Singapore-headquartered global real asset manager and the listed investment-management arm of the CapitaLand group. Based at 168 Robinson Road in Singapore, it manages funds across retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, and data centre asset classes with a strong Asia foothold.

The business traces back to CapitaLand, which was formed in 2000, and CLI debuted on the Singapore Exchange in September 2021 after a restructuring that split the investment-management business from the property-development arm, CapitaLand Development. The wider group's ultimate parent is Temasek Holdings. For FY2025 the company reported revenue of about S$2.13 billion, down from S$2.82 billion in FY2024, with net income of roughly S$145 million.

Leadership is headed by Group CEO Lee Chee Koon, with Miguel Ko chairing CapitaLand Investment and Wong Kan Seng chairing the broader CapitaLand group. The company employs about 10,000 people and operates across more than 45 countries. In India, where it has been present for three decades, it runs roughly 32 million square feet of business parks, industrial and logistics space, data centres, and lodging across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Goa.

  • Structure it in three beats: your background, why this role, and what you enjoy outside of it.
  • Tie at least one interest back to skills that matter in audit, such as attention to detail or working through data.
