Genting Singapore Limited is a Singapore incorporated integrated resort developer and operator listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange under the ticker G13. The company was incorporated in 1984 and its registered office is at 10 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098270. Its principal business is the development and operation of large scale integrated resorts, casino operations, and related marketing support and technology services.

Its single flagship asset is Resorts World Sentosa, a 49 hectare destination resort on Sentosa island. For the financial year ended 31 December 2025 the group reported revenue of S$2,452.1 million, adjusted EBITDA of S$815.8 million and net profit of S$390.3 million, results the chairman attributed to asset enhancement works during a transition year. Genting Singapore Interview Questions & Answers

Q: Ask about experience

A: Walk through your guest facing history in order, then anchor on one shift where you owned a guest problem end to end. Close by tying that experience to the volume and pace of a resort floor.

Answer by AI
  • Open with a 20 second summary: where you worked, what kind of guests, what volume.
  • Pick one story with a clear before and after, and name the outcome the guest got.
  • Link it forward: say what part of that experience transfers to a large integrated resort.

Q: Technical questions

A: Expect depth on the systems and numbers your function owns, so answer with the metric, the tool and the decision it drove rather than a general description. Say plainly when something sits outside your scope.

Answer by AI
  • Structure each answer as situation, the data or system you used, the decision, the result.
  • Quantify where you can: headcount, budget, throughput, cycle time.
  • If you don't know something, say so and describe how you'd find the answer.

Q: About Innovation

A: Describe how you develop new dishes or menus within real constraints such as cost, sourcing and kitchen capacity. Show that innovation for you means something guests actually order and the line can produce consistently.

Answer by AI
  • Give one concrete dish or menu change you introduced and why you introduced it.
  • Name the constraint you designed around: food cost, seasonality, station load, dietary needs.
  • Finish with the measurable result, for example covers sold, waste reduced or guest feedback.

Q: Why do you want to work at Resorts World Sentosa?

A: Tie a specific part of the business, such as the attractions, hotels or the RWS 2.0 expansion, to the work you want to do next. Avoid generic praise about the brand.

Answer by AI
  • Name one concrete thing about the resort that connects to your skills.
  • Say what you want to learn there that you can't learn elsewhere.
  • State what you'd contribute in the first six months.
