SATS is headquartered in Singapore and provides air cargo handling, ground handling, passenger services, aviation security, aircraft cleaning, airline catering and institutional food solutions.

Following the acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services in 2023, the combined SATS and WFS network operates more than 225 stations in 27 countries. SATS reports a workforce of about 55,000 people.

For FY2026, SATS reported record revenue of S$6.3455 billion, EBITDA of S$1.1464 billion, PATMI of S$285.2 million and free cash flow of S$215.8 million.
