Temasek is a Singapore-headquartered global investment company that owns and manages assets on its own balance sheet. It was incorporated in 1974 and is wholly owned by the Singapore Minister for Finance.

Its portfolio spans listed and unlisted investments across regions, sectors, stages and liquidity profiles. Temasek operates through 13 offices in nine countries and has about 970 employees representing 32 nationalities.

Temasek reported a mark-to-market net portfolio value of S$518 billion at March 31, 2026. During FY2026 it invested S$51 billion, divested S$31 billion and delivered a one-year total shareholder return of 10.5% in Singapore dollar terms.
