Endowus is a Singapore-based digital wealth-management platform founded in 2017 by Samuel Rhee, Gregory Van and You Ning Sun. The company operates as an independent wealth advisor and investment platform, offering conflict-free advice, access to institutional-quality funds, and low fees. It's regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (CMS License 101051) and, in Hong Kong, by the Securities and Futures Commission.
The firm serves individuals, family offices, charities, endowments and institutions, and in Singapore it lets clients invest personal cash, CPF and SRS savings. As of January 2026 the group reported over US$10 billion in assets and more than 300,000 clients. Endowus works with more than 100 global fund managers across public markets, private markets, hedge funds and alternatives.
Endowus is privately held and headquartered at 158 Cecil Street in Singapore, with a second office in Hong Kong following its majority acquisition of Carret Private Investments in October 2022. It's raised over US$130 million from investors including UBS, Citi Ventures, MUFG, EDBI, Singtel, Samsung, Prosus, Lightspeed Venture Partners and SoftBank Ventures Asia. Company leadership is led by CEO Gregory Van and Chairman and Group CIO Samuel Rhee.
