The company began pharmaceutical operations in 1959 and was incorporated in 1972. It now reports eight manufacturing facilities and a commercial presence in more than 50 countries.
For fiscal 2026, Torrent Pharma reported ₹13,980 crore in revenue, ₹4,559 crore in operating EBITDA and ₹2,138 crore in profit after tax. The year included the first quarter of financial integration with JB Pharma.
