Dream11 is an Indian fantasy sports platform run by Sporta Technologies Private Limited, part of the Dream Sports group. It was founded in 2008 by Harsh Jain and Bhavit Sheth, though the operating entity was incorporated on 21 June 2007. The company is headquartered at One BKC in the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, and its service focuses on India.
The platform lets users build fantasy teams across cricket, football, kabaddi, basketball and other sports. Dream11 became a unicorn in 2019 and was valued at about 8 billion dollars in a November 2021 funding round. Its registered user base grew from about 1 million in 2014 to more than 200 million by October 2023. Sporta Technologies reported revenue of about Rs 7,374 crore in FY25, a decline of roughly 12 percent year over year.
