Fortis Healthcare Interview Questions & Answers

Q: Introduction and basic questions related our field

A: Open with a 60 second summary of your qualification, the sample types you handle daily and the analysers you've worked on. Then expect straightforward technical questions on sample collection, labelling and basic quality control.

Answer by AI
  • Structure the intro as qualification, current role, daily workload, then one thing you're strong at.
  • Name the specific analysers and test panels you've run, plus your daily sample volume.
  • Close by tying your bench experience to the department you're applying to.

Q: About cssd items

A: The panel wants to see that you know the instrument sets by name and can walk the sterilisation cycle end to end. Talk through receiving, cleaning, inspection, packing, sterilising, storage and issue.

Answer by AI
  • List the instrument sets you pack regularly and how you verify counts against the tray card.
  • Explain your sterilisation method choice and the indicators you use to confirm a load passed.
  • Mention how you handle a failed load or a broken instrument, since process discipline matters here.

Q: Why this seminar?

A: Connect the seminar topic to something specific in your coursework or a case you've observed. Say what you hoped to take away and what you actually took away.

Answer by AI
  • Name the specific gap in your learning that pushed you to attend.
  • Give one concrete thing you learned and where you've since applied it.
  • Link it forward to what you want from this internship.

Q: what is mental well-being according to you ??

A: Give a working definition rather than a textbook one, then ground it in an example. Mental well-being is the ability to function, cope and connect day to day, not just the absence of a diagnosis.

Answer by AI
  • Define it in your own words in one or two sentences, then stop.
  • Add one example from placement or coursework that shows you've thought about it practically.
  • Acknowledge that well-being sits on a spectrum and varies by context.
