It was created on 18 July 2022 when GSK demerged its consumer health business, and it now trades on both the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker HLN. The portfolio covers oral health, pain relief, respiratory health, digestive health and vitamins, with brands including Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum, Advil, parodontax, Voltaren and Aquafresh.
The company reported revenue of £11.03 billion for FY2025 with 3% organic growth, and a market capitalisation of about £32.2 billion in July 2026. It employs roughly 24,500 people worldwide. Under its Win as One strategy Haleon reorganised into six operating units and set a goal of reaching one billion more consumers by 2030. Recent corporate moves include Pfizer's full exit from its shareholding in March 2025 and the sale of the nicotine replacement therapy business to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in September 2024.
India is one of Haleon's fastest-growing markets and became a standalone operating unit in 2026, led by Kedar Lele as President, India Subcontinent. In June 2026 the company announced roughly £175 million (about Rs 2,000 crore) of capital spending on its first Indian manufacturing site, a greenfield oral health plant in Madhya Pradesh, due to open in early 2028 and create up to 500 jobs. Haleon's Indian teams sit across Gurugram, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Haleon signs five-year AI collaboration with Microsoft

FY2025 results show 3% organic growth and a reorganised operating model
Haleon reported £11.03 billion of revenue for 2025 with 3% organic growth, led by around 8% organic growth in Oral Health. It restructured into six operating units under its Win as One strategy and guided to 3% to 5% organic revenue growth for 2026 alongside a £500 million buyback.

Kedar Lele named President, India Subcontinent
Haleon appointed Kedar Lele, previously Managing Director of Castrol India, as President for the India Subcontinent, succeeding Navneet Saluja who retired. The India Subcontinent became a standalone operating unit and Lele joined the global Haleon Executive Team.
