Shopee is an e-commerce platform founded in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore. It connects buyers and sellers across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Latin America, with local marketplace, payments, content and logistics experiences.
Shopee is one of Sea Limited's three core businesses alongside Garena and Monee. Sea trades on the New York Stock Exchange under SE, while the Singapore consumer platform is operated by Shopee Singapore Private Limited.
For FY2025, Shopee's gross merchandise value grew 27 percent year over year and adjusted EBITDA exceeded US$880 million. Sea also reported more than 30 million parcels processed daily by SPX Express across its markets.
