AI Video Interviewer: What are the supported systems, browsers, and device specifications?

We recommend using a desktop or laptop with at least 4 GB of RAM, a working microphone and camera, and a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload & download speed.

Browser compatibility:

Our platform is optimised for Google Chrome. However, we also support Brave, Arc, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. Safari and Firefox are not supported.

Important setup notes:

Disable any browser extensions that may interfere with audio/video capture
If needed, use Incognito Mode to avoid extension conflicts
Test Bluetooth peripherals (headsets, keyboards, etc.) beforehand
Avoid VPNs or firewalls that block camera or mic access
Do not proceed if your connection is unstable — poor internet is the main cause of failed interviews.
