What resume formats are supported?

The AI Resume Screener works with standard document formats such as PDF and DOC or DOCX.

If resumes are in unsupported formats, such as images, the AI may not be able to parse them correctly. Converting these files to PDF or DOC/DOCX before uploading ensures smooth processing and accurate screening.
