Genpact board declares quarterly cash dividend
The board approved another quarterly cash dividend, continuing the payout programme alongside share buybacks. Genpact repurchased about 1.8 million shares for roughly $70 million in the first quarter of 2026, at an average price of $38.61.

Genpact and Google Cloud expand alliance for agentic finance solutions
The two companies widened their partnership to build agentic AI solutions for the office of the CFO, starting with Genpact Finance One Revenue Lens Agents on Google Cloud's Agent Marketplace.
