The Phone Screener is the first step in the hiring process. Once you complete the call, your responses, score, and audio recording are sent to the employer.
It’s up to the employer to review and shortlist candidates. You will:
Receive a confirmation message after the screening is complete
Hear from the employer later if you’ve been shortlisted for the next round
If you don’t hear back, it may mean they’ve already moved ahead with other candidates.
