The company operates across 39 markets spanning Asia, Europe, North America and Africa, working with 250+ insurers and hundreds of distribution partners, and quotes more than US$85 billion in premiums each year. Bolttech employs more than 2,000 people across the group.
Bolttech is privately held and VC and PE backed. In May 2023 it raised a US$196 million Series B led by Tokio Marine, with participation from MetLife Next Gen Ventures and Khazanah Nasional, at an up-round valuation of US$1.6 billion. Its India presence is Bolttech Device Protection India Private Limited (CIN U93000MH2016PTC273907), a Mumbai-registered subsidiary that reported Rs 122.15 crore revenue in FY25.
