Chubb Limited is a global property and casualty insurance and reinsurance company headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CB and is a component of the S&P 500 index. The current company was formed in January 2016 when ACE Limited acquired The Chubb Corporation for about $28.3 billion and adopted the Chubb name.

The company operates across 54 countries and territories and employs roughly 40,000 people worldwide. It reported revenue of about US$55.75 billion for fiscal 2024, rising to roughly US$59.6 billion in fiscal 2025, and carries a market capitalization near US$137.6 billion. Its business spans commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, accident and health, reinsurance, and life insurance.

Chubb is led by Evan G. Greenberg, who serves as both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with John Keogh as President and Chief Operating Officer and Peter Enns as Chief Financial Officer. In India the group runs a technology and services hub through Chubb Business Services India Private Limited (CIN U72900TG2022FTC161404), incorporated in April 2022 and based in Hyderabad, Telangana, as a subsidiary of Chubb INA Holdings Inc.
