Hyring Meet transcribes interviews so that the interviewer can review them later, similar to a Notetaking application.

This is not an AI Agent that conducts an interview - like you may have come across in our other products like AI Interviewer. A recruiter or hiring manager leads the conversation from start to finish, and the AI sits in the background as their copilot. It will not ask you a question, interrupt you, or speak to you at any point in the call. You will not visually see the AI agent at any point of time. That is wholly for the Employer side of the interview.

While you talk, it is building the record of the interview:

  • A transcript, with speakers separated, so your answers and the interviewer's questions are clearly distinguished.

  • Structured notes, mapped to the skills being assessed for the role rather than one long block of text.

  • A technical score, broken down question by question instead of collapsed into a single verdict.

  • A communication score, across fluency, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

  • A rating for each skill tested, with the number of questions behind it, so a skill judged across five answers isn't treated on an equal platform as one judged on a single answer.

  • Sentiment and emotion, tracked across the conversation.

  • Integrity signals, flagged for your interviewer to review.

  • A recording and a written summary of strengths and gaps.

It does one thing that is involved in the conversation indirectly - it suggests follow-up questions drawn from your resume as well as the conversation itself. Your interviewer, however, still decides what to ask.

None of the report is assembled in front of you - the scores and the summary are put together after the interview ends, for the hiring team.

What it means in practice is efficiency in attention. Note-taking and write-up normally cost an interviewer around 40 minutes per interview, and that is time otherwise spent looking at a keyboard instead of at you. So treat it as a normal conversation with a normal person. You don't need to perform for the AI or change how you speak because it is there.
