When you complete an interview through Hyring Meet or the AI Interviewer, more people than just the interviewer you spoke with can end up reviewing it, but access is controlled and limited to people directly involved in evaluating your application.

Every live interview is recorded and transcribed, and the platform automatically generates an AI report (scores, per-skill ratings, sentiment analysis, and a summary) alongside a human interviewer scorecard. Both of these, along with the recording and transcript, are stored on the employer's hiring dashboard. This means that besides the person who interviewed you, other people on the hiring side, such as additional panelists, the hiring manager, recruiters, or teammates with a seat on that specific job's account, may also be able to watch the recording, read the transcript, or view the AI-generated report, if the employer has given them access. Hyring doesn't decide who on the employer's team gets that access; it's managed by the employer through role-based, permissioned access on their own account.

On Hyring's side, your interview is processed mainly by automated systems, for transcription, scoring, and integrity checks, rather than being reviewed by unrelated staff. A small number of authorized personnel may access interview data only for assessment, support, or troubleshooting purposes, and your information is never shared with outside parties without your consent. All recordings and data are encrypted and access-controlled, and Hyring is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, processing candidate data in line with global privacy regulations, including GDPR.

If integrity checks flag something during your interview, for example multiple faces or voices detected, or a tab change, that flag simply becomes part of the report the hiring team sees. It doesn't mean extra people are watching in real time; it's just recorded as part of your evaluation.

Exactly who on a specific company's hiring team can access your interview is set by that employer's own account permissions rather than by Hyring's default settings, so if this matters to you for a particular application, it's worth asking the recruiter or hiring manager directly. And if you have any concerns about how your interview data is stored, shared, or used, our support team is available to answer questions and give you reassurance.
