That decision to allow you to see scores depends on the employer and not Hyring itself.
Hyring Meet produces the AI report and the interviewer's scorecard for the company running the interview. Whether any of it is shared with you, and how much, is up to them - some employers pass on detailed feedback, others give a short answer either way. We don't override that choice in either direction.
The recruiter who interviewed you has concrete material to work from. Your interview leaves behind a transcript, per-question technical scores, per-skill ratings and their own written comments - so if they are willing to give you feedback, it will be based off of those reports.
You can try these questions to get answers about your report specifically:
"Was there a particular area where my answers fell short?"
"Which of the skills you were assessing did I come out weakest on?"
"Is there anything you'd want to see more of if I applied again?"
Ask your recruiter or the hiring contact who set up the interview soon after you complete the interview whenever appropriate.
If you ask and hear nothing back, it is usually not a policy of secrecy. Plenty of hiring teams simply have no habit of sending feedback unless someone requests it, which is exactly why asking directly works better than waiting in the dark.
On your data: we handle candidate data in line with global privacy regulations including GDPR, and recordings and data are encrypted and access-controlled. Where the law gives you a right to access personal data held about you, that request goes to the company you interviewed with, since they are the organisation that decided to collect it. They can raise it with us if they need to. All these terms and conditions will be made available to you before you agree to start the interview. You could always ask when in doubt.
