Credits are the currency behind every Hyring product. Rather than paying separately for each tool, every employer plan draws from one shared credit pool that covers the full Hyring AI suite: Hyring Meet (your AI notetaker for live interviews), the AI Video Interviewer, AI Resume Screener, AI Phone Screener, and AI Coding Interviewer. When your team runs a live interview through Hyring Meet, screens a resume, or runs an async or phone screen through any other Hyring tool, it draws from the same pool of credits.
Every plan Free, Pro, and Business includes 50 credits per month as part of the subscription. That allowance covers your live interviews, AI notes and transcripts, scoring, scorecards, and integrity checks, along with usage across the rest of the suite. [Confirming: exactly how many credits one interview consumes isn't stated on the pricing page we should get that ratio from the team so this answer can tell users precisely how far their 50 credits go, e.g. "roughly X interviews per month."]
If you're on an annual plan, unused credits roll over rather than expiring at the end of the month so a quieter hiring month isn't wasted. Monthly plans don't carry this rollover benefit, which is one of the reasons annual billing is discounted 20%.
When you run out of included credits, interviews and other Hyring AI actions won't stop working you simply top up by purchasing additional Interview Credits in packs. These are bought separately from your subscription and used per interview, so you can scale up during a busy hiring push without changing your plan tier. If you want help estimating how many packs you'll need, use the ROI & Credits calculator on the pricing page, or reach out and we'll help size it based on your hiring volume.
A few things worth knowing: credits are shared across every Hyring product, not siloed per tool, so heavy use of one (say, resume screening) will draw down the same balance available to Hyring Meet. If your team needs a custom volume or predictable enterprise pricing instead of pack purchases, that's available by talking to our sales team about an Enterprise plan.
If you're unsure how many credits you have left or want to switch plans, check your account's billing dashboard or contact support.
